I WON! I WON!

I went to sneaker walk yesterday and won the door prize of a one-night stay and brunch at Fort Garry hotel!
HOHOHO, This is the first time in my life I won a decent prize!

I found the four leaf clover!

Today, Eijnuhs and I went for a walk after dinner. When we were crossing a small field close to the Education building on the campus, where many wild clovers are found. He started talking about that old lengend, Four Leaf Clover, the symbol of good luck. He said, "I'm wondering if that kind of clover really exists, maybe just a beautiful story people made up." At that moment, a small plant caught my attention. I bended down and took a closer look and surprising, a four leaf clover! Amazing! Just like that old Chinese poetry said, 踏破铁鞋无觅处，得来全不费功夫.
Back home, I searched online and found a poem about four leaf clover. Its written that to find it, you must have faith, hope and love, and you must be strong. If you believe and work hard for it, you'll find the place where four leaf clovers grow. This made me start thinking of guaiguai and myself. We wait for our each other, we have faith in each other and hope for the future. Now our small world is like the garden of clovers. Felt so lucky that this happened on a simple day. Every day of life could possibly be the best day of your life. Its just a matter of how you look at it. Do you believe in 4-leaf clover too ?

爱杀

这是我的小树，也不知道叫什么名字。本来栽在系里的走廊上，郁郁葱葱的一大棵。朋友告诉我这植物耐移植，只要掐下一小枝泡在水里等它长出根，再种到盆里就好了。我也如法炮制，泡根，移盆，带回家，放到我的书桌上。
开始的时候可能是盆选的不好，而且土也太松了，好几个月过去了，我的小树只是勉强维持，不见长大。直到我重新换了盆和土，我的小树终于变的精神了，神采奕奕的感觉就要快快的长大了。这时候我犯了最愚蠢的错误。
记得以前家里的君子兰夹箭，爸爸给它喝啤酒。我以为不过是一点点氮肥，肯定是有益无害，结果，喝了啤酒后，我的小树日见枯萎，最后终于在Shunjie回来前烂掉了根。
爱之深，竟然害了它。纪念我的小树。

Christmas party at Carole's family

Carole, a fellow office mate, holds a yearly Christmas party where relatives and friends from all over the world would gather together to celebrate the festive spirit. A very happening party takes place where everyone including grandchildren and grandparents, friends would play all sorts of board games. This year, I was invited and I brought Shunjie along and this is his first party ever since he came to Canada. Indeed a very joyful day and we would always cherish the time we spend there.
